Privacy Policy

This draft explains how Lucentra Tech uses information within Sildair. The final policy must be checked against the services and settings in use before launch.
Information processed
Sildair processes account and company information; customer names, contact details and billing addresses; service-location and equipment records; technician names, phone numbers, codes and optional account links; schedules, work activity, estimates, invoices and job costs. Demo requests include the contact and business information you submit. Service diagnostics may contain request, device and error information.
How information is used
Information is used to provide company operations, enforce access rules, maintain schedules, support authorized integrations, manage subscriptions, respond to demo or support requests, and investigate errors or abuse. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into notes or forms.
Company and platform access
Company records are restricted through company membership and role-based access. Demo leads are restricted to authorized Sildair platform operators rather than other company owners. Your employer or company administrator controls your access to their workspace and may manage information entered there.
Service providers and integrations
Lovable Cloud provides application infrastructure and data services. Stripe processes subscription checkout and billing details; payment-card entry is handled through Stripe checkout. When authorized, QuickBooks Online receives selected customer and accounting records. Google Routes travel checks use service-location addresses to estimate driving time; the app does not provide live technician location tracking. These providers also have their own privacy terms.
Storage and security
The app uses company access controls, restricted integration credentials and signature verification for payment webhooks. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. Record retention, backup deletion schedules and processing locations must be confirmed before the final policy is approved; this draft does not promise fixed retention periods.
Cookies and browser storage
Browser storage and session mechanisms support sign-in and the app’s operation. Embedded checkout and authorized external services may use their own storage or cookies. Any nonessential analytics or advertising technologies must be reviewed and disclosed, with consent where required, before activation.
Privacy requests
Contact eliterryg@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about the use of your information. We may need to verify identity and company authority. Requests involving your employer’s business records may need to be handled by that company. Legal, accounting or security obligations can limit deletion.
Intended audience and updates
Sildair is intended for business use, not for children. Approved changes to this policy will show an effective date and material changes will be communicated as required. This draft does not establish a new effective policy.
