Terms of Service

These proposed terms describe the use of Sildair, operated by Lucentra Tech, for HVAC business operations.
Accounts and company access
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Company owners are responsible for authorizing team access and keeping roles current. Do not access another company’s records or share access without authorization.
Service and plan availability
Sildair supports customers, service locations, jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoicing and operational job costing. Feature availability and user limits depend on the selected plan. Features requiring external services may need separate configuration. A listed feature is not a guarantee that every integration is enabled for your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and annual prices are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. Annual plans are billed for the full year, not monthly installments. Proposed paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval unless canceled. Any applicable taxes and final charge must be disclosed at checkout. Live billing remains disabled pending separate approval.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Closing an unfinished test checkout is not the same as canceling an active subscription. Contact us if you need help with your subscription.
Your records
You retain ownership of the business records you provide. You authorize processing those records to deliver the service and integrations you choose. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, schedules, financial information and permissions to upload customer or staff information.
Connected services and financial responsibility
Stripe provides subscription payment processing. QuickBooks Online connections require your authorization and remain subject to Intuit’s terms. Sildair’s job-cost margin is an operational estimate, not accounting profit or tax advice. Verify financial records and reconciliation results; Sildair does not automatically correct your accounting balances.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sildair for unlawful activity, spam, malware, attempts to bypass company access controls, or interference with the service. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Availability and policy updates
Maintenance, connectivity and third-party outages can affect availability. No uptime guarantee is offered in this draft. Material terms and their effective date will be communicated before approved policies take effect. Any warranties, liability limits, dispute terms or jurisdiction provisions require separate legal review; none are established by this draft.
